The River's Hiccup, page 1. A full transcript follows the comic.

Transcript

Panel 1: Rill and a tiny leaf-hooded reed spirit look towards a wooden water spout at the riverbank. Water splutters into the stream with bubbles and splashes.
Rill: "That sounds uncomfortable."

Panel 2: Rill crouches by the open wooden spout and reaches towards a large acorn caught at its outlet. Only a little water trickles past it. The reed spirit watches beside Rill.
Rill: "Ah. Lunch in the pipe."

Panel 3: Rill holds the acorn after removing it. Water now flows smoothly from the spout. A red squirrel in a green scarf looks delighted, while the reed spirit smiles beside Rill.
Squirrel: "There it is!"

Panel 4: Rill hands the recovered acorn to the squirrel above its little basket of acorns, away from the now-flowing spout. The reed spirit stands nearby.
Rill: "Try a cupboard."
