Transcript

Panel 1: A friendly mole in a teal coat shows Pippa one empty buttonhole. All other buttons are large red discs.
Mole: "My button vanished."

Panel 2: Pippa follows tiny specks of mud to a shallow puddle. The missing red button lies across a narrow water gap between two stones.
Pippa: "It took a job."

Panel 3: A line of tiny ants safely walks across the red button as a bridge. Pippa and the mole crouch beside them without disturbing them.
Mole: "They need it."

Panel 4: Pippa lays a small flat twig across the gap as a better bridge. The ants use it while the mole happily holds the recovered red button.
Pippa: "Replacement bridge installed."
