Narration: The next morning.
Yu-na: Still no collection. I'll clear the shelf today.
Jin-u arrives at the shop with an empty folding trolley.
Jin-u: One return collection?
Yu-na puts the return collection label on the smaller blue-tagged customer parcel.
Yu-na: This one. I've put the collection label on it.
Jin-u checks the new collection label against his booking, and Yu-na confirms it.
Jin-u: Confirm this is the collection you booked?
Yu-na: Yes.
After the courier leaves, the stranger points to the empty shelf. The cream-tagged parcel remains.
Stranger: Space at last.
Yu-na: I needed that.
Yu-na answers a call from the customer who is coming to collect the repaired scale.
Yu-na: Yes, your scale is ready.
Yu-na: You're coming now?
Two job sheets show customer collection 041 and return 014. Only the intended return parcel is still here.

Yu-na: I gave you the wrong parcel. That's my mistake.

Jin-u: You can collect it, or book its return.
Yu-na: I'll book it. Tell me the cost.
That afternoon, Jin-u returns the sealed blue-tagged parcel. Yu-na checks its job record.
Narration: That afternoon.
Yu-na: 041. Customer collection. Correct this time.
Yu-na records the extra delivery cost as a workshop expense while the stranger watches.
Stranger: At least it came back.
Yu-na: After someone else had to stop work.
Jin-u points to the check sheet, explaining how to prevent another mistaken dispatch.
Jin-u: Ask which journey it is making before you send it.
Yu-na marks separate collection and return bays while the stranger looks towards the locked cabinet.
Yu-na: Next time I check. Even when I think I know.
