Community guidelines

The conduct and moderation standard for WebtoonHaven.

Updated 11 September 2026.

Critique the work fairly

Readers are welcome to dislike a story, question an artistic choice or give a low rating. Judge the story, artwork and reading experience on their merits. An unfavourable opinion is not, by itself, a reason to remove a score.

Protect people’s privacy

Do not publish or send unnecessary private details about readers, creators or the people who operate the website. This includes home addresses, private contact details, identity documents and information intended to identify someone who uses a pen name. Send a concern privately through the contact route.

What is currently available

Reader ratings, private reporting and reviewed creator applications are available. Public comments, written reviews and account registration remain closed. These guidelines apply to ratings, correspondence and applications; check the relevant page for any temporary pause.

Rating integrity

Give your own assessment. Do not use bots, repeated ballots across devices, bought votes, threats or coordinated manipulation. Editorial test scores do not count in public results. Ratings may be held when there is evidence of manipulation; a low score alone is not evidence.

Concerns and decisions

Include the affected page and a brief explanation. You may ask for a moderation decision to be reconsidered and provide additional evidence. See our moderation policy.
