What we moderate
The current service includes published comics, reader ratings, private support correspondence and creator applications. We review pitches, sample links, proposed audience labels and rights concerns before discussing publication. Public account registration, comments and written reviews remain closed.
Responsibility and privacy
WebtoonHaven Editorial Team is responsible for reviewing content, rights, privacy and accessibility concerns. Reports are handled privately. Please provide the page address, a short description and only the information necessary to understand the issue.
We do not publish a reporter’s private details as part of an editorial decision. Information may be shared where necessary to investigate a report or meet a legal obligation.
How reports are considered
- Identify the affected material and the concern.
- Prioritise immediate safety risks, exposed personal information and credible rights concerns.
- Review the relevant artwork, transcript and context, requesting clarification where necessary.
- Decide whether to correct, restrict, remove or retain the material, and record the reason.
- Respond through the supplied contact route where appropriate.
Reader ratings
Disagreement and low scores are allowed. The rating system supports holding and restoring ballots with a recorded reason. Suspected manipulation can be reviewed; an unfavourable score alone is not grounds for removal. Editorial test ballots are excluded from public totals.
Reconsideration
You may request another review and supply additional evidence. A separate reviewer may not always be available; we do not promise independent appeal staffing.
Urgent concerns
This inbox is not an emergency service and response times vary. Contact the appropriate emergency service if somebody is in immediate danger. Do not send illegal material as an attachment.
