Panel 1: A small snail-like alien offers Pip a huge, intimidating bicycle bell.
Alien: "Too loud."
Panel 2: Pip removes the heavy striker and examines a tiny felt pad.
Panel 3: Pip fits the soft pad and taps the bell lightly.
Pip: "Gentler now."
Panel 4: The alien rides a small tricycle past smiling neighbours, with the softened bell.
Alien: "That is my voice."
