Transcript
Panel 1: A short rain shower sweeps across Tavi's safely railed porch. A small glowing firefly struggles in the gusts near the warm doorway. Tavi notices it.
Tavi: "Come out of the rain."
Panel 2: Tavi holds out an open little wooden lantern frame with a broad leaf inside as a dry perch. The lantern has open sides and no flame, glass or closed lid. The firefly approaches.
Tavi: "No booking needed."
Panel 3: The firefly rests safely on the leaf inside the open-sided lantern frame, glowing softly. Tavi and Pip watch from indoors while rain falls beyond the porch. This panel is silent.
Panel 4: The rain has stopped. Tavi and Pip watch from the doorway as the firefly flies freely into clear twilight, leaving a short glowing trail. The empty open-sided wooden lantern frame with its leaf rests nearby.
Tavi: "Safe travels."
