A cobbler finds a tiny solution for a much-loved doll.

Transcript

Panel 1: A young child in a green coat stands at a friendly cobbler's workbench, holding a small cloth doll that is missing one shoe. The older cobbler wears a maroon apron.
Child: "She lost a shoe."

Panel 2: The cobbler compares the doll's tiny cloth foot with a normal shoe, which is comically much too large.
Cobbler: "A smaller pattern, then."

Panel 3: The cobbler ties a blue ribbon onto a tiny brown felt slipper at the workbench while the child watches with delight. Scissors and other tools rest on the bench.
Cobbler: "Just her size."

Panel 4: The child hugs the cloth doll, which now wears its new brown felt slipper with a blue ribbon on the previously bare right foot and its old brown shoe on the other foot. The cobbler smiles.
Cobbler: "Ready for a long walk."
