Nell: "It needs some colour."

Panel 2: Nell gathers several clean empty glass jars in red, blue, green and amber onto a tray. The child helps with a small amber jar.
Child: "We have plenty."

Panel 3: They arrange the coloured jars across the sunny windowsill. Sunlight begins casting coloured shapes across the pale interior wall. No text or painted labels on jars. This panel is silent.

Panel 4: Nell and the child admire bright jewel-coloured pools of light across the bakery wall and counter. The plain window now glows with colour.
Nell: "Open for sunshine."
