Panel 1: A gust lifts a straw hat from Ada. Pip runs after it.
Ada: "My hat!"
Panel 2: The straw hat floats on the pond like a tiny boat. A ladybird lands on top.
Panel 3: Pip hooks the hat gently with a long branch while Ada waits in the shallow water.
Panel 4: Ada wears the dry hat later; the ladybird sits on its flower trim.
Ada: "You may keep the seat."
